My Story
With over 30 years experience in professional kitchens, Vince brings a lifetime of culinary expertise to your home. Classically trained and deeply passionate about good food, he's worked across the UK in Michelin-starred and AA Rosette restaurants, honing his craft in cuisines such as French, Italian and Asian. From delicate sauces to cold flavours, Vince's versatility means he can cook just about anything - and make it memorable.
Over the years, Vince has contributed to menu development for multiple companies, including working as part of the opening team for Jamie's Italian, where he helped shape the early food offering. He's worked his way up to Executive Chef level, leading teams, designing kitchens and mentoring young talent along the way.
Locally, Vince has headed kitchens in Oxford city centre and Jericho, including well-known restaurants Quod and Branca - bringing his signature blend of precision, warmth and creativity to each service. His reputation for calm leadership and consistently excellent food has made him a trusted name in the region.
Now based in Woodstock, Vince is bringing his skills into homes - offering personal chef services, in-home catering, cooking classes and weekly meal support with a focus on seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce. His approach is calm, flexible and always tailored to your tastes.
